| IwasveryluckytogetthescholarshipfromtheDepartmentofHealth,ExecutiveYuanin2008withoutwhichitwasextremelydifficultformetoaffordsuchahighexpenseoftuitionfeeforpostgraduatestudyinEngland.IattendedaMSccourseofUCL(UniversityCollegeLondon)inSeptember2011whichwasinaccordancewithmyclinicalfield.ThefullnameofthispostgraduatecourseisMScofPrenatalGeneticsandFetalMedicinethatiscomposedoftaughtcoursesfor9monthsandaexperimentalprojectfor3months.Thetaughtcoursesweredividedinto8moduleswhichwerearrangedin3terms.Thesemodulesare1.BasicGeneticsandTechnology,2.Gametogenesis,PreimplantationDevelopmentandIVF,3.GeneticMechanisms,4.MedicalGenetics,5.PrenatalDiagnosis,6.Organogenesis,7.FetalMedicine,8.PGD(PreimplantationalGeneticDiagnosis).Onemodulewasevaluatedbybooklet,another3moduleswereevaluatedbyessaysandtheother4moduleswereevaluatedbyexaminations.TheprojectIchoseis“In-UteroTransplantationofHumanAmnioticFluidStemCellsinMice”andthedatafromtheexperimentswereanalysedinthethesisthatwascomposedofaround10,000wordsandwasarequirementforthisMScdegree. |
