| 國科會竹科銅鑼園區國防科技產業赴美招商報告摘要：國科會紀副主任委員國鐘所率領之竹科銅鑼科學園區國防工業招商團,赴美招商成果豐碩。將吸引美國國防工業國際大廠來台投資；另美國國防部之國外比較測試軍購專案,已篩選擬對台進行比較認證採購之7項高科技產品,可望促進美台國防工業廠商之技術交流與合作。Abstract：ADefenseIndustryrecruitingdelegationwasledbytheDeputyMinisteroftheNationalScienceCouncil,Dr.Gou-ChungChi,completedaverysuccessfultriptoWashingtonD.C.Asaresultofthistrip,renownedflagshipdefensemanufacturersoftheUSsuchasLockheedMartin,GeneralDynamics,andITThaveexpressedtofurtherassessestablishingplantsinTaiwaninordertotakeadvantageofTaiwan’sinterestinmakingmilitarypurchases.Besides,theForeignComparativeTesting（FCT）OfficeoftheUSDepartmentofDefensehascompletedanassessmentreportonTaiwan’shigh-techmilitaryproductsfollowinganFCTdelegation’svisittoTaiwan.TheFCTreportselectedsevenproductsbysixmanufacturersforcomparativetestingandpre-purchasecertificationinaccordancewithitsprocedures.Inaddition,theNSC’sScienceParkAdministration,theUS-TaiwanBusinessCouncil,andtheDefenseIndustrialAssociationplantoestablishaframeworkforUS-Taiwandefenseindustrycooperation,promotetechnologicalcooperationbetweendefensefirmsintheUSandTaiwan,andencourageUSdefensefirmstoinvestatTaiwan’sHsinchuSciencePark. |
