| 本次APEC所舉辦「SharingExperiencesinManagementoftheAvianInfluenzaH5N1ThreatWorkshop」於今年18-20於泰國曼谷舉辦,此次活動提供各APEC會員國分享討論對於HPAI的防範措施及心得,同時並提供UNSIC和世界銀行所草擬之六項實施禽流感防範工作的成功要項（SixSuccessFactors）。此六項要素乃指1.Consistenthigh-levelpoliticalengagementanddirection.2.Proceduresandsystemsformanagingtherapidimplementationofpriorityactions.3.Improvingthefunctioningofservicesatalllevelsandsharinganddisseminatinginformation.4.Incentivescombinedwitheffectivecommunicationtoencouragereportingdiseaseoutbreakstoresponsibleauthorities.5.Mobilisationofcivilsocietytheprivatesectorandalllevelsofgovernment.6.MasscommunicationcampaignspromotinghealthybehaviorandreducinghumanexposuretoHPAIviruses. |
